- Happystep Orthotic Arch Support and Comfort InsolesOur orthotic arch support insoles are featured with a multiple layer construction which provides cushioning, shock absorption, and supporting. The top layer is made of Plastazote foam which is an extremely lightweight, closed-cell, cross-linked polyethylene foam. This foam is the best material for people with diabetic feet as it is non-allergenic, non-toxic and odourless. The Plastazote foam top layer provides excellent cushioning. Under constant or repeated load, it will conform to the foot's plantar surface, distributing pressure away from ulcerated areas and sore spots. The EVA bottom layer is resistant to compression set and will retain its cushioning properties over time.Easily Trimmable by Cutting To Your Exact Size! ‣ Size XL: US Men Size 11-12 or Women Size 12-13 ‣ Size L: US Men Size 9-10 or Women Size 10-11 ‣ Size M: US Men Size 6-8 or Women Size 7-9 ‣ Size S: US Women Size 5-6.5Sizing Instruction: 1. Remove the original/manufacture insoles from your shoes, 2. Place the new Happystep insoles with the original insoles back to back, 3. Align the two insoles by lining up the back of the heel, 4. Use a mark pen to draw a cutting line by tracing along the toe section of the original insole, 5. Cut the Happystep insoles along the cutting line.
