Regular Style Instabind is a great DIY project for anyone looking to bind carpet edging or repair damaged rugs. Easy to use and less costly then traditional binding Instabind will give you a clean look without visible stitching. If you order 4 units(20 feet) you will receive one roll that is 20 feet long. Items you will need for installation: instruction sheet (comes with your order), not included be necessary are heavy duty scissors, hot melt glue gun and glue.

Regular style Instabind is an easy to use DIY binding that is perfect for binding carpet edges in your home. This is perfect for the homeowner wanting to get a professional looking bound rug without the high prices of sending it out to a professional. Instabind will give you a professional look without the visible stitching that can detract from the overall appeal of a professionally bound rug. Find a color that will add a great accent to your rug and really make it pop. Shows up best on low to medium pile carpet but can be used on most any carpet/rug. All monitors show colors differently so email us for a color swatch to find a good match. This product is made here in the USA out of a synthetic polyester material with a repositionable, heavy duty tape to hold the Instabind to the back of the carpet. The tape can be easy repositioned at first but once the installation is complete and the rug is laid in place the tape will begin to adhere more/harder as time passes insuring a long lasting and secure bond. We sell Instabind in 5 foot sections up to the total amount you need to bind your carpet scraps or rug. To get the correct amount simply add up the total feet all around the item to be bound. A 3 x 6 rug would require you to order a quantity of 4. How? The rug measures 3 + 3 + 6 + 6 = 18 total feet you would need a total of 4 five foot sections. When you order 4 units (20 feet) this will come in one continuous roll. Instabind is user-friendly and perfect for the DIYer to do. Each shipment comes with basic written instructions and a QR code to watch the "how to" video before you start. The items not included but needed for installation are heavy duty scissors, hot melt glue gun (even a small craft glue gun will work) and hot melt glue.
