COMFORTABLE AND STRONG - Pelican’s 3 strand composite rope has the durability required for the job, while remaining lightweight and allowing for a comfortable grip while rigging or climbing. Line has a Tensile strength of 8,600 lbs(5/8 inch), MARINE GRADE - Although this rope can be used for climbing as well, it’s a great find in marine industries as this polypropylene over polyester rope absorbs very little water, but can still stay strong when wet. VERSATILE - Ideal for Safety lines, Rigging lines, Tag lines, Lifting lines, Utility lines, Arborists, pulleys and more. Rope can be used with natural crotch rigging as well as for technical rigging. PERFECT RESULTS – Due to the 3 strand design, our rigging rope is easy to handle, easy to splice, and easy to use for arborists for rigging and lowering, for rigging and lowering. The polyester material gives the rope good shock loading properties, UV resistance, and good heat resistance (perfect for friction, which causes fused cords). LENGTH AND WIDTH - Choose between pre-cut lengths of 25 feet, 50 feet, 100 feet, 150 feet, 200 feet, 300 feet, or 600 feet. Pelican Rope Twisted Polyester Rope diameter thickness options: 1/2 inch, 5/8 inch, or 3/4 inch. Available in White with Black, Blue, or Orange Tracer.
