Emotional Support Information ID card is 30 mil thick PVC plastic ID card (Size 2-1/4” X 3.-1/3”) imprinted in full color on both sides. Credit Card Size Handler/Dog presentation card that you may fill out with your dog’s information. FREE EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOG REGISTRATION: With every purchase of our products, you are granted access to US Service Dogs Registry Website (Dogs/Plural) where you can register your dog. Registration has no expiration date and lasts the lifetime of your dog. LIMITED ACCESS: The Fair Housing Act (FHAct) allows a person to keep an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) dog in housing with a "no pets" policy, size, or weight restriction. However, FHAct only requires housing providers to make reasonable accommodations for persons with ESA dogs. Works great as one form of Emotional Support Animals status often in conjunction with a doctor's prescription or letter. This is not a custom-printed item. Emotional Support Dog information card is printed with pertinent information concerning rules and regulations from the Fair Housing Act (FHAct). QR codes scan to the HUD law. Blank lines are for you to fill in your Emotional Support Animals information.
