BUILT FOR THE ROAD: We utilize premium, heavy-duty twill fabric and 100% polyester, high-tensile embroidery thread. This ensures your custom text remains sharp, legible, and most importantly, colorfast. It will not bleed onto your leather when wet or fade rapidly under the sun. SIZING & APPLICATION GUIDE: Please measure the intended area on your vest before customizing to ensure the correct fit. 3" - 4" Width: Ideal for front chest pockets, hats, or sleeve placement. 10" - 12" Width: The standard requirement for most adult medium/large vest back panels. 14" Width: Extra-large coverage for broad backs or 3XL+ vests. Note: This is a permanent SEW-ON patch with a durable merrowed border. It does not have iron-on backing. We recommend using a heavy-duty needle (size 100/16) for installation on leather.
