Valve Spring Compressor and a Rocker Arm Tool combination used in place of the Miller 8426, 8387, 8516A and 10102 for Chrysler, for Jeep, for Dodge 3.7 and 4.7 engines. Rocker Arm Remover Installer - Supersedes 8516A. 1999 thru Current - It's a specialty tool to remove and install rocker arms safely without damage to the camshaft or camshaft lobes. - Also used to properly remove of the camshaft, rocker arms and hydraulic lifters (lash adjusters) in 3.7 and 4.7 Liter engines. Valve Spring Compressor - Supersedes 8387 - allows access at the valve keeper so a magnet can be used to remove it.
