- This casaWare 2pc Bake and Cover Set is one of our newest and most innovative introductions. The 15 x 13-inch Lasagna/Roasting pan is perfect for large pasta dishes. It is also a great product to use when you are ready to cook your Thanksgiving turkey. The 17.5 (exterior dimensions) cookie sheet has multiple uses. It can be used as a traditional cookie sheet (14 x 9.5 x 3/4-inch baking area). The pan has handles that make it easy to hold and lift out of the oven. The unique part of this set is the cookie sheet can also be used as a lid for the Lasagna Pan. The cookie sheet lid can be used for both storage and baking. Finally, with the handles the cookie sheet can be used as a serving tray. This pan has nonstick ceramic coatings that make it both durable and easy to clean. The nonstick ceramic surface is PTFE Free, Cadmium Free, Lead Free, PFOA Free and PFOS Free. USE and CARE Instructions: Before First Use- Remove all packaging materials and labels. Wash in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. UTENSILS - Plastic, rubber, silicone or wooden utensils are recommended. Avoid using any sharp objects or metal utensils because they can scratch any non-stick surface. Always remove food from the pan before slicing or cutting. CLEANING - Cool completely before washing. Hand wash with a soft cloth or sponge and nonabrasive cleansers or liquid dishwashing soap in warm water. Rinse and then dry with a soft towel.
