If there are no led flashing codes remove the blue and yellow wires that come from the transformer to the circuit board. Measure for 24 volts ac at the transformer. If the 24 volts ac is not present you need to test the input voltage to the transformer for 110 voltage. If the 110 voltage is present replace the 60025 transformer which is not part of this kit. The following parts are included 1) 60105 Control Board 1) 60147 Pressure Switch 1) 60139 Electrode Kit 1) 60015 High limit Sensor (4 Flashes= High limit 60015 or Rollout switch 60022 (Resettable) is in the open condition)
