Siraya Tech introduces Rebound 55A Black 3D Printer Resin, the first product in our new elastomer series, designed for high flexibility, fast rebound speed, and good elasticity. With a 55A Shore hardness, this resin is developed for prototyping elastic components, shock-absorbing parts, and consumer applications requiring flexible properties. Compared to traditional elastic 3D printing resins, Rebound 3D printer resin offers faster shape recovery while maintaining good structural integrity. Initial testing shows promising performance during compression cycles, making it suitable for prototyping applications. Where Rebound Fits in Our Lineup: Rebound 55A provides faster recovery than our Tenacious Flex with a softer Shore hardness (55A vs. Tenacious Flex's 70A), making it suitable for applications where quicker shape recovery is beneficial. While Tenacious offers excellent tear resistance, Rebound is designed to excel in compression performance and faster bounce-back properties. Why Choose Rebound 55A Black 3D printing resin? Promising Durability – Initial testing shows good resilience during compression cycles, with the potential for maintaining elasticity over repeated use, though long-term performance testing is ongoing. 55A Shore Hardness – Balanced Flexibility & Strength – This elastic resin offers a good mix of flexibility and structural integrity, softer than our Tenacious Flex while maintaining excellent compression properties for prototyping shock-absorbing components. Easy Printing with No Special Cleaning Required – Unlike other elastomers that require A/B mixing or complex processing, Rebound 55A Black 3D printer resin prints on standard LCD and DLP 3D resin printers (405nm) and cleans with standard isopropyl alcohol methods. Versatile Prototyping Applications – Well-suited for personal protective equipment prototypes, shock-absorbing components, consumer products, and industrial prototyping like gaskets and seals where elasticity and rebound performance are important factors.
