How to Install Filtered Shower Head? Step1: Clean the filter two sides under faucet to remove coconut shell powder around 15s. Step2: Unscrew the shower handle clockwise and insert the filter cartridge in the correct direction, screw shower handle counterclockwise. (NOTE: A large circle (raised) on 1 end of the filter goes towards the shower head, and a small circle (raised) at the other end goes towards hose.) Step3: Wrap teflon tape around all threads 3-5 turns. Step4: Screw the bracket clockwise into the shower arm thread. Step5: The hose HEX NUT should connecte to the bracket, and the CONICAL NUT is connected to the filtered shower head. Filter Replacement Frequency: Every 3 to 6 months. If the water is particularly hard, you can shorten the replacement time.
