The bigger container lids have silicone gaskets and locking clips and the smaller ones simply twist on—and they’re all leakproof. For a secure seal, press firmly in the middle of the lid, then engage the latches; you'll hear air being released as you press the lid down. Once you’ve released all the air, lock the latches on the side of the container to seal. To replace the gasket, press the four corners down, then press the rest of the gasket into place, ensuring the gasket is pressed down fully and evenly. OXO Prep & Go Containers stack neatly on top of each other for efficient and tidy storage either in the fridge or in your cabinets. Although it looks like a sleek, ceramic container, it’s actually a much lighter, BPA-free, durable alternative to single-use plastic.
