Cedarwood Oil, the main ingredient in both of these products, is a natural essential oil that kills and repels fleas and ticks. It suffocates bugs, repels them, and eliminates their eggs and larvae. COVERAGE AND REFILL INFO. The ready-to-use bottle treats up to 5,000 square feet, and the concentrate bottle treats up to 10,000 square feet (15,000 square feet coverage between the two bottles). When the ready-to-use bottle is empty, save it and refill with the concentrate: add 8-10oz of concentrate and fill the bottle with warm water. Shake it up, then you're ready to go – like this: FOR ACTIVE PROBLEMS, START WITH TWO INITIAL TREATMENTS. Begin treating when insects first appear. Apply this powerful spray twice within 2-10 days to your outdoor areas (like the lawn and patio) to ensure you’re eliminating whatever pests are present. Spray closer together if pest pressure is high. Start at your home and spray around the perimeter from about eye level to the foundation. Continue into the yard, working your way back to the fence line. Walk at a steady pace and use a sweeping motion, slightly overlapping treated areas. Complete coverage is important, especially in shaded areas. PRO TIPS. For ants, soak mounds on the water setting first to draw them up, then saturate with the solution turning the knob to the on setting. For mosquitoes, repeat as needed to enjoy outdoors. Higher rates of concentrate or more frequent application can enhance results.
