The blade is made of premium Japanese steel, and impulse-hardening treatment enhances both sharpness and durability. Japanese pull saws cut on the pull stroke, allowing for smooth, controlled cuts with minimal effort. [DOUBLE-EDGED REPLACEABLE BLADE] This saw features a traditional Japanese Ryoba-style double-edged blade, with different teeth on each side. One side has crosscut teeth for cutting across the grain, while the other has rip-cut teeth for cutting along the grain. The blade is replaceable, making it easy to switch out when dull so you can keep working without delay.
