Comes with elastic straps that allow's it to attach to your table for less slippage. Not just for massage tables! I bring it along for extra cushion under my sleeping bag when camping. We also use it for a sleeping pad for our older yellow lab, it's the only pad she'd sleep on. (Ask your vet to make sure it's ok for your pet!)
