The 4th axis allows for the creation of complex parts with curved or angled features that are not achievable with a traditional 3-axis CNC machine. Switch to the 4-axis mode for complete control over every aspect of your CNC Router Machine: Elevate your CNC routing game with the ability to switch to the 4-axis mode for even greater creativity and control. The G-code for the 4th axis must be sent using an offline controller, which should be ordered together with the 4th axis to ensure proper functionality. Versatile dimensions: Adapt to various project requirements with a center height of 50mm, total height of 86mm, and material lengths with tailstock from 10-100mm; without tailstock from 10-200mm for flexibility. Applicable Material diameter: 2-50mm. Software & Controller: To use a 4th axis on your CNC machine, you will need CAD/CAM software that can generate toolpaths for rotary motion. While options like Fusion 360 and Vectric are recommended, it's important to note that most software capable of generating 4th axis toolpaths is not free. Easy file access and transferring for quick and efficient project setup: Get your projects up and running in no time with easy file access and transfer.
