LONG ENOUGH - BEAMNOVA band heater is 5.82 feet long, suitable for most 55 gallons (208L) drums. Note: Only comes with the heater band. The drum is not included.
FLEXIBLE SPRING - The spring can stretch up to about 3 inches. Easily connect and attach the silicon band heater around various diameter pails to fix it tightly on the drum without falling down.
TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER - The heating temperature can be controlled by a thermostat range of 86 to 302 degrees F (30 to 150 degrees C). For plastic drums, it is recommended to keep the thermostat set below 100°F (37°C).
STABLE CONNECTION - Made of high-quality UL qualified Silicone Rubber, the connector can hold the spring and will not deform when the temperature rises.
WIDE APPLICATION - Keeps your drum warm and prevents it from freezing. Suitable for metal buckets, plastic pails, honey buckets, paint pails of plastic, and metal. Ideal for heating up waste vegetable oil for settling or processing biodiesel.
SAFETY NOTES: 1. Ensure to plug it into a properly protected circuit. 2. Always use a certified, high-quality outlet. Avoid using aged, damaged, or overloaded power strips or converters. 3. Do not bend the heating belt too tightly. Minimum bending diameter: 19.7 inches (50 cm). 4. Do not immerse the heater in water or clean it with corrosive liquids. 5. Stop using immediately if the silicone surface is scratched or damaged.
NOTE: The plug of this product is rated for 2000W. Ensure that the outlet used can handle a load greater than 2000W (i.e., voltage × current > 2000W) to avoid overheating and electrical failure.
