- This HVAC system includes the Goodman GLXS3BN3010 air conditioner unit which is a 2.5 TON ac unit. This residential ac unit can only be sold in the following states: CO, CT, ID, IL, IA, IN, KS, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SD, UT, VT, WA, WV, WI, and WY. The second piece of this bundle is the Goodman CAPTA3022B3 vertical coil. Please note that this coil is NOT compatible or convertible to use in a horizontal configuration. If you are unsure of what you need, simply look at your furnace, if it is laying down, you need a horizontal coil. If your furnace is standing up, you need a vertical coil. This coil is 17.5 inches wide and you should ensure that your furnace is the same width, or very close, for ease of installation and optimal airflow. The final part of this furnace and AC system is the Goodman GR9S960603BN natural gas furnace which operates at 96% efficiency and is rated at 60k BTU. This single stage furnace is designed to provide the full heating capacity when running. Note: This furnace is compliant with the emissions regulations in some of California, however it is NOT compliant with the regulations within the special regulation districts and cannot be sold to or shipped to those areas. Please contact us if you live in California to ensure we get you the right furnace. Regardless of the SEER2 rating of the outdoor unit alone, the Goodman GLXS3BN3010 this bundle has been determined by AHRI to function at 13.4 SEER2 efficiency. This comes with the equipment pad for the condenser, the power whip, disconnect, 25ft lineset and non-programmable thermostat Warranty: This unit is backed by Goodman's 10 year parts warranty so long as it is registered online through Goodman within 60 days of installation. The installer must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
