Clean the measuring surface and calibrate the zero position before use. 50-75mm: Directly align with zero position: 50mm or more: Use the school team measuring needle to align with zero position. 2. Method for correcting the zero position: If the zero position line is not aligned with the reference line, first use a to slightly loosen the fastening screw, adjust the position of the reference line with a wrench to align it with the zero position line, and then use a to tighten the fastening screw. 3. When measuring, the micrometer should be perpendicular to the measured workpiece, rotate the force measuring device. When the measuring surface contacts the measured workpiece, the force measuring device should be gently rotated. When the force measuring device makes a slight click sound, it is the actual size of the measured workpiece. 4. The locking device can passively measure the forward and backward movement of the micro screw. To the right is loose, to the left is locked. 5. When measuring, hold the insulation board with your left hand to prevent body temperature from being transmitted to the micrometer and causing measurement errors. 6. One end of the wrench can be adjusted to zero position, and the other end can tighten the force measuring device. Note: 1. The micrometer is a precise measuring tool that should be handled with care.
