Whether you are installing new doors, or replacing or repairing existing doors, this kit comes with all the templates required to route doors and jambs for hinge, strike, and latch plates. Compatible with 1-3/8 in. and 1-3/4 in. doors, and hinges that are 2.5 in., 3 in., 3.5 in., 4 in., and 4.5 in. This kit, is perfect for home improvement projects. With the included 1/2 in. router bit, your router will travel along the edge of the template, creating beautiful hinge mortises. A durable, steel template frame automatically aligns and removes the guess work to get the job done quickly and accurately. The included mounting hardware secures the jig to eliminate rocking or movement when you are routing. This kit will provide you beautiful 5/8 in. or 1/4 in. radii hinges. If you are in need of 90° corners for your hinges, simply chisel the remaining material out.
