The self-adhesive dot sticks the pad to the front of your shoe's insole, so it stays in place as you take them on and off. It also helps to resist dislodging due to sweat. The textured surface and natural leather should help keep your foot from sliding around. Girl is designed specifically for the ball of your foot. You can pair it with an arch support insert, if that works for your particular shoe. If you need a single insole that provides multiple points of support, pedag has a wide variety of products that may better suit your individual needs. These insoles are designed to fit just about any sized women's shoe. Girl inserts are perfect for helping shoes fit better when they're just the tiniest bit too big and you find your foot sliding around as you wear them. They are available in black, tan, and white, and can be purchased as 1 pair or 3 pairs. A 3 pair set of one pair in each color is also available. Each pair comes with two insole pads clearly marked as for the left or right shoe. Make sure to insert them correctly in order to reduce them being seen.
