At approximately 2.75 inches high, it’s only about as thick as a dollar bill. We designed this pillow with stomach sleepers, back sleepers, and arm under the pillow sleepers in mind. If you are a side sleeper, be warned, this pillow is pretty thin. This pillow comes with a premium rayon and polyester removable cover which sleeps cool.
