Sobre este producto
  • Septi-Flow Shock, a septic drain field treatment, is a commercial septic solution originally developed by Chevron ORTHO in the 1950s. Our product has shown that its concentrated, powerful ingredients (a proprietary blend of inert, waste/soap/detergent dissolving agents) are more than capable of tearing through even the worst septic drain field build-up of sodium, salts (especially from water softeners), sulfate and phosphate build-up from detergents and soaps commonly used in septic systems. A small investment in our septic treatment products can save you years and thousands of dollars in headaches down the road! Our septic system leach field treatment works great for maintenance and the beginning stages of slowing and deadpan drain fields. This treatment will not work if your system is completely stopped! When Restoring a Very Soggy and Slow Failed Drain Field or Leach Field System: Easy-to-Use Directions: For Slow or Sluggish Drain Fields/Septic Tanks: Start with 4 gallons of product. We recommend pumping the tank first to get the highest possible concentration of the product into the septic drain field for treatment. Pour 2 gallons of the product via the toilet, sink, drain, d-box, or tank opening, then flush with water behind it. ▶ Next, if the soil is visibly holding water on the surface, use another 4 gallons of product as a surface treatment as follows. Use a very long 12+" screwdriver and poke holes about 6-10 inches down about 1 foot apart into the soil above the drain field. Apply a minimum of 2-4 gallons of product to the holes you have made. ▶For waterlogged systems;Dramatically reduce household water consumption. Try to drain off or septic pump out as much excess water as possible before treatment to increase the concentration of the product attacking the problem. If you cannot access the distribution or "D-Box," adding additional product via the toilet or sink may be necessary. SEPTI-FLOW SHOCK DIRECTIONS: An average 1,500 gallon septic tank (a 4/3 bed/bath house) start with 4 gallons of product. We recommend pumping the tank prior to treatment. Pour 2 gallons of Septi-Flow Shock into the toilet, tank, distribution box. After 1 week, add 2 more gallons of Septi-Flow Shock. Flush freely with water. Within 2-4 weeks you should see an improvement with the flow. If the septic is completely stopped this product WILL NOT work to address the issue. Salt/sodium/phosphate buildup from soaps, laundry/dishwasher agents, and water softeners (salt buildup) are one of many possible problems could be pipe collapse, roots, septic other potential problems.
