- With Flagpole Gear's Single Revolving Cap Style Pulley Truck, you're assured no more tangled and twisted flags. HOW DO THEY WORK? This system is used on larger flag poles with halyards and works well in severe weather. This cast aluminum single pulley truck features a revolving top on a cap-style bottom. The reason for this is that it revolves, meaning you won't have your flag getting all wrapped up and tangled. By using a self-lubricating ball bearing assembly, your flag will rotate easily, giving it strength and longer-lasting life. WHAT ARE THEY MADE OF? This cap-style revolving single pulley truck is made of cast aluminum, with a cast nylon pulley wheel. It secures to the pole with 3 stainless steel inset screws. This gives them strength and durability. This system also utilizes a self-lubricating ball bearing assembly made of stainless steel. WHAT IS THE SIZING? Fits a maximum 1 3/8’’ outside diameter. The top threaded hole allows for an ornament with 1/2"-13NC standard threading rod. Nylon pulley with 1 1/2" outside diameter and a 1/4" stainless steel axle. NOTE: Sizes are for the maximum outside diameter of the flagpole; for example, the 2" truck is exactly 2" on the inside, fitting a pole with an outside diameter no larger than 2". WHO ARE WE?
