The MF5706 MEMS Mass Flow Meter is a high-precision digital gas flow sensor dedicated to carbon dioxide (CO₂), offering a full-scale range of 0–20 L/min. Utilizing advanced thermal MEMS sensing technology, the MF5706 delivers real-time flow monitoring with auto-compensation for temperature and pressure variations, ensuring optimal accuracy. With an LCD display showing both instantaneous and cumulative flow, it’s ideal for laboratory gas control, greenhouse CO₂ monitoring, or industrial calibration. RS485 Modbus communication and a USB-C port offer remote access and flexible data handling. Powered by 4 AA batteries or DC 5–24V, it’s ready for portable or fixed installations. Compatible with standard NPT 1/4” fittings, and IP50 rated.Note: Only suitable for CO₂ gas.
