It is not compatible with delivery platforms or POS applications such as Ubereats, Grubhub, Doordash, Postmates, Square, Clover, or Shopify, and does not offer Bluetooth or WiFi printing options. The print width is 79.5±0.5mm, and it accommodates paper with a width of 3 1/8" (80mm). U.S. BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE - Setting and testing tools can be found online in accordance with the user manual. Our U.S. customer support team is available to assist with any integration issues with the thermal printer. Additionally, the FAQ sheet below covering common problems can be downloaded for your convenience.
