JRJ300 type shear emulsification mixer, suitable for biological, physical and chemical, cosmetics, health care products and food, and other experimental fields, is the crushed experimental materials in the liquid medium shear emulsification of experimental equipment. The product design is a novel, advanced technology, with a large output power, high operating speed, easy experimental operation, and other characteristics. Its unique step-less speed control function, so that the equipment in the speed range can choose any experimental running speed. The unique structure of the shear emulsification work head ensures that the rotor of the work head rotates at a high linear speed driven by the motor at high speed, generating strong liquid shear force and violent high-frequency mechanical effect, prompting the experimental materials to be drawn into the rotor area from the bottom of the experimental vessel for strong mixing, and thrown out from the stator hole through centrifugal force to hit each other. The stator can gap flow, prevent a large number of media rotations, - and in a very small space play a very high performance, performance than ordinary mixing about a thousand times higher. With the precision rotor and stator in the centrifugal force under the action of mutual shear, the experimental materials withstand up to tens of thousands of times per minute shear, tear, impact, and mixing, to achieve the effect of shear emulsification.
