Crafted with a stiffer-grade material and an extra-strong hinge, the Firm mouthguard is ideal for individuals who clench or grind their teeth. This mouthpiece is more durable and can withstand grinding without rapid wear. It's a great choice if your Comfort mouthpiece wears out quickly and needs frequent replacement, more than every 3 to 4 months. However, note that the Firm mouthpiece is harder than our Comfort sizes and best suited for those with healthy, strong jaws. Use our premium storage case (sold separately) to protect your Firm mouthpiece and preserve its patented living hinge for enhanced durability. New to ZQuiet? We recommend starting with our 2-Size Comfort Starter Pack, which comes with two differently-sized mouthpieces that are softer than the Firm option. Size #1 is recommended if you have an overbite (lower front teeth sit behind the upper front teeth) or a normal bite with light to moderate snoring. ZQuiet’s living hinge technology with an open front design lets you open and close your mouth naturally and even allows you to talk or take a sip of water. Minor side effects, such as drooling or jaw discomfort, are normal and tend to fade with consistent use.
