[Woodworking Edge Bander] The edge bander is mainly used for sealing the edge of the plate section. It has compact structure, reasonable layout, beautiful appearance, with curved edge sealing, double-sided gluing, automatic tape breaking, trim neatly head and tail, automatic plate feeding, upper and lower trimming, double-sided polishing and other functions. [Curved and Straight Edge Banding] The edge banding machine can easily handle straight, curved and arched boards for edge banding. It finds wide applications in industries such as woodworking, furniture edge banding, cabinet processing, and home improvement projects. It works with various materials, including ABS, PVC, particle board, melamine, fine wood, MDF, integrated board, and acrylic. [Control Panel] The banding speed and temperature control can be independently adjusted using separate switches. The edge banding machine features an adjustable banding speed ranging from 0 to 19.7 feet per minute (0 to 6 meters per minute). The edge banding machine also includes a polishing function that smoothly rounds edges for a refined finish. [Double-sided Gluing] The multi-function microcomputer sealer ensures quick, uniform edge banding with an enlarged glue pot for faster heating and ample adhesive. For optimal performance, allow the machine to heat for an additional 3–5 minutes after reaching temperature before activating the speed controller to prevent motor strain from uneven glue melting. [Application] The edge banding machine works with all kinds of density boards, pellet boards, multi-layer solid boards, wood-based boards and other boards. This edge banding machine has packaging dimensions of 51.57*23.62*27.95 inches and weighs 223.77 lbs.
