Platinum Grade 6N3P-E (cyrillic 6Н3П-Е) vacuum tubes tested and macthed by Riverstone Audio. You will not find a more rigorously tested pair of vacuum tubes anywhere. To determine stability, tubes are subjected to multiple test cycles and are matched within 5% for both mutual conductance (Gm) and tube gain (µ). FEWER THAN 40% of the 6N3P-E tubes we test meet our high standards for audio use and are chosen for our Platinum Grade pairs. The tubes you receive will exhibit low noise and excellent audio sound quality. 6N3P-E tube is the high reliability version ("E" suffix in the tube code) of this tube and is a great upgrade for Chinese 6N3 tubes. ***Please Note: We carefully inspect all tubes we use and to the best of our knowledge the 6N3P-E tubes we use in our Platinum Grade sets are NOS tubes. We also guarantee that the tubes will test at NOS levels when received.*** To protect the tubes during shipping and storage, the tubes are supplied in Riverstone Audio's own custom-designed "tube cradle" boxes. Matched pair NOS 6N3P-E (cyrillic 6Н3П-Е) Vacuum Tubes. 6N3P-E tubes are an upgrade/replacement for 6N3 and 6N3P (6Н3П) tubes and also for 5670 / 5670W / 396A / 2C51 tubes. IMPORTANT: Amplifer damage can occur if the wrong type of tube is used. Before ordering please verify the type of tube used in your amplifier. 6N3P-E is a VINTAGE Russian dual-triode 9-pin vacuum tube that was manufactured by the original Reflektor plant in Russia. This long-life tube (denoted by the "E" suffix) has 3 mica-spacers and is considered an exceptional audio tube. Tested and Matched using Amplitrex AT1000 tube testers to evaluate the electrical parameters of the tubes. Data labels for Gm (mutual condutance), Vg (grid voltage) and tube gain (µ) are attached to the tube boxes (tested using auto-bias mode). The tubes chosen for these special matched-pairs have very good balance between tube sections and close electrical parameter matching between the tubes. Tubes are matched within 6% for Gm, Vg and tube gain. Individual matched pairs will have identical manufacture date-codes. 2-year warranty. All Platinum Grade vacuum tubes are backed by our no-nonsense two-year warranty. We also guarantee that the tubes selected for our matched pairs test at NOS levels. For protection during shipment, we use tube boxes designed by Riverstone Audio (our “Tube Cradle” boxes). Vacuum tubes sold by Riverstone Audio will have the "Riverstone Audio" name, logo and QC label on the boxes. 6N3P-E (cyrillic 6Н3П-Е) vacuum tubes can be identified by their three mica-spacers; two coated mica-spacers that contact the tube shell and a 3rd mica-spacer located directly below the getter-holder. The tubes will also have the printed Reflector logo and cyrillic marking 6Н3П-Е. For comparison, Russian 6N3P (6Н3П) and 6N3P-EV (6Н3П-ЕB) tubes and the Chinese 6N3 tube, will not have a 3rd mica spacer (6N3 tubes can be further identified by a rectangular getter-holder).
