Such tools are not included, please prepare them before installation. 1), level the brackets very carefully on your wall, mark on the location with a pen and then drill holes. 2), punch the plastic anchors into the holes with a hammer, then use a cross screwdriver to tighten the 16 long screws first to make the brackets align on your wall. 3), put your wood panel/board in place on the brackets, then tighten the rest 8 short screws under the wood panel/board. 4), put your books or any other items you like on the shelf. Done.
