The chairs ball end should measure 13/32 Inch (About 10 mm+-.2mm) Manufactured in FL, USA Installation Instructions: Place the Chair Glides on the floor. Place the chairs ball end on top of the Glide, one at a time. Slowly apply downward force on the chair until the ball end is inserted into the Glide. If the fit is tight, work the ball in the socket by slowly moving the chair side to side.
