In comparison to HSS tools, this YG-6 tungsten carbide burr can last up to 10 times longer, with a hardness of up to HRC70, making it a more cost-effective and reliable option for industrial applications. The solid double cut design of the carbide rotary burr head provides clean and quick cuts through hardened steel, with smoother surface and no dust pollution compared with grinding wheels or steel cutter. This 1/4''shank carbide burr can be used with electric or rotary tools, as well as installed on machine tools. Note: It is strictly prohibited to use chucks with different concentricity. The shank must be clamped and aligned during use, and no shaking during operation.
