The TruePoint Control Solution Level 1 (Low) is an essential part of regular performance checks for the TruePoint Blood Glucose Monitoring System. Intended for quality control use, it helps confirm that your TruePoint glucose meter and test strips are operating properly and that testing procedures are being followed correctly. Routine use of TruePoint control solution helps verify that your TruePoint system is providing consistent readings—particularly helpful when maintaining dependable meter performance and ensuring your monitoring setup functions as expected. Each 4 mL bottle contains a ready-to-use solution designed to represent a specific glucose concentration range. The “Level 1 – Low” formulation is used to verify performance in the lower reading range and is compatible with TruePoint meters and test strips for system checks. Performing a control solution test is simple: apply a drop of the TruePoint Control Solution to a TruePoint test strip as if performing a regular test. The meter will display a result, which can then be compared to the reference range printed on your test strip vial. If the result is within that range, the system is functioning properly. If not, review the instructions, confirm that supplies have not expired, and refer to your meter’s manual for guidance. This solution is for in vitro diagnostic use only and is not intended for consumption or medical treatment. Routine use of control testing provides reassurance of consistent meter performance, especially after events such as dropping the meter, opening a new vial of test strips, or storing supplies in extreme conditions.

RECOMMENDED SYSTEM CHECKS: Perform a control test when first using your TruePoint meter, opening a new vial of test strips, or whenever readings seem inconsistent, unusual, or unreliable. PROPER STORAGE CARE – Store this control solution between 39°F and 86°F (4°C to 30°C). Do not freeze. Shake before use and discard 90 days after opening or when expired for optimal performance.
